WMA gathers personal information, such as first and last names, home addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and credit card numbers, only when voluntarily submitted by you. Some types of transactions where information may be collected from you include purchasing WMA merchandise, applying for membership, or renewing membership. Personal information will be collected from you in order to process these transactions only. With your permission, we will use personal information collected from you to process your transaction only. Credit Card information is not retained by WMA.

INTERNET MERCHANDISE POLICY CHANGES
From time to time, it may be necessary for WMA to change its internet merchandise policy, so we suggest that you check here periodically. Changes will not be retroactively applied and will not alter how we handle previously collected information. Our refund / cancellation policy is as follows: Membership Refunds will not be granted for payment of membership dues to the Women Marines Association. If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, items may be exchanged or refunded. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date that we shipped them to you. Refunds will be issued 7 -10 business days after we receive returned items. Shipping and handling charges and insurance cannot be refunded. Items that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged. Be sure that your personalization is correct.
When exchanging merchandise, please include new product description(s) and numbers(s), and shipping and handling charges for your new order.
We will not charge shipping on items exchanged due to manufacturer defect.
