CA-2 San Diego County Chapter Presents the 83rd Anniversary of Marine Corps Women Reserves Luncheon
Good afternoon and Happy New Year everyone!
Please save the date for the 83rd Anniversary of the establishment of the Marine Corps Women Reserves – luncheon!
We are still in the planning and coordinating phase, so I don’t have a lot of information for you, however, I am working hard to make this event happen.
For those that attended last year, I’m sure you will recall a great event with an amazing speaker, a remembrance event at the Women Reserves Monument, a tour of the WWII Women Marines exhibit given by the son of one of the Women Marines who served aboard MCRD in the 1940s, and a fabulous lunch. We hope to have a similar event this year.
If you are inclined to assist in the coordination and execution of this event, please let me know. I could use the help.
