Staff Sgt. Petall Ward, operations chief, Food Service Company, Combat Logistics Regiment-27, showcases memorabilia from her days as a drill instructor. Ward served a 3-year tour at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, S.C. “I’ve always liked the whole discipline aspect of the Marine Corps,” she said. “I think that ever since I was a recruit, that’s what I wanted to do.”
